Overview
Beginning with a guided tour of the Palace of Westminster, the course then moves into a three‑hour seminar introducing the core functions of Parliament. Participants will explore the roles of both Houses before taking a closer look at Select Committees, Parliamentary Questions, legislation, and the different people and institutions that make up ‘government’. The session offers a well‑rounded insight into life inside Westminster.
This seminar will take place on Friday 24 April at 09:00.
Who Should Attend
This course is open exclusively to our supporting organisations. It closely mirrors our bespoke company seminars, making it an excellent opportunity for those who have been unable to attend a company session and would like to gain an in‑person understanding of Parliament.
